This week for my 30BC I have been reading the Bad Guys. The author was Aaron Blabey and the illustrator was also Aaron Blabey. My favourite part in the book is when they get stuck in a trap by a little hamster and they get rescued by a spider and a Parana. I recommend this book for 7 and up. I would read this book again.

Numeracy Reflection

This week for numeracy we had to finish off our Position and Orientation. we had to finish up what we had not finished last week and me and my buddy did Treasure Island me and my buddy found that quit hard.

Topic Reflection

This week for topic we are doing water safety we had to watch some videos and then make a drawing and then write what we learnt and I did mine with Liam and Franklin so here is ours.

This week for my 30BC I have been reading diary of a cricket god.

                 Genra: The Genra for this book is comedy. 
 
                           Ratting: I rate this book 5 out of 5. *****

Characters: A boy Marcus, a dad, a mum , a sister, the coach, his friend and the school bully.

 Setting: The setting is at the cricket ground and his house and the school.

  My favourite part in the book is when  he was trying to hit the ball but then went pocket and then he ran to get point so while he was running the other team did not know were the ball.

This week for word work we had to choose a card activity and do the activity that you chose. I got backwards words. So you have to write all of your spelling words on a google drawing and then make them backwards.

This week for my 30BC I have been reading Diary of a rugby champ. This author was Shamini Flint and the book was illustrated by Sally Heinrich. I like this book because it is really really funny and cool. So there is a boy called Marcus and a couple of weeks ago he was playing cricket but then he got really really hurt playing cricket so then his dad wanted him to play soccer. And then he got really really hurt in that as well so then his dad wanted him to play rugby so he started to play rugby. But when he started, the school bully came into the rugby team and on the second game one of the players got sick so Marcus had to play and then he scored his first ever try in rugby.  He kicked a conversion and the conversion was to win the game and he got it over, so he won the game for his team. My favorite part in the book is when Marcus scored his first try and got the conversion over and won the game. I would recommend this book for seven and up. I would read this book again.

This week for my 30BC I have been reading Billy Slater chip and chase. The illustrator was Billy Slater and the author was also Billy Slater. My favorite bit in the book was when he was not aloud to play league but then the coach convinced his dad so he could play again.

My favorite part in the book was when the little boy came back the next day and found the door was different and then a giraffe pelican and a monkey came out of window and started singing. I would read this book again.

My favorite part in the book is when when they tried to be good guys so they broke into a dog pound and they thought that they were rescuing all the dogs but they actually stole the dogs.
I would read this book again.

This week for my 30BC I have been reading horrible histories groovy Greeks the author was Terry Deary and it was illustrated by Martin Brown. I like this book because it tells you heaps and heaps of interesting facts about Greek/Greece. I would read this book again and it is my favorite book so far.

My favorite part in the book was when the wolf the Parana and the snake broke into the building and they tried to save some chickens because they wanted to be super heroes but they accidentally broke into the building and stole all of the chickens.
