Shanty Town

Yesterday we went to Shanty town it was really really fun the thing that I liked to most was how we went to court. The first thing we did is we went to the Church and then we went and got dressed. The thing that I liked the most was when we went to the court room and did the judging thing and then we went home.

My Speech

A couple of weeks ago I did my speech I did it on the lions. Then a few weeks later I had a speech board exam and I got highly commended. Here is my slide for my speech.

This year greymain were in the rippa team. We won 20 games and we are going to go to wellington to see the All Blacks and to go in a national rippa tournament.

This week for Numeracy I have been doing basic facts on our crome books here is a pitcher of mine.

Art

This week for Art we have been doing Robert Delaney Art. We had to use heaps of colours The colours I used were Blue, Yellow, White, Purple, Red, Green and Black. We also had to use shapes the shapes that I used were circles half circles small circles inside of big circles. To make the circles we used a big bowl a little bowl a cup and a egg holder and we just drawled around the bowls and cups and then cut them out. Here is a pitcher of my Robert Delaney art.

This week for my literacy I have been doing a Diamante poem on ANZAC. Here is mine.

30BC

This week for my 40BC I have been reading Countdown to danger. The author is Jack Heath and the illustrator was also Jack Heath. I like this book because you get to chose the way that you go. The first I did it I survived and the second time I also survived. Ratting ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars out of five stars. Here is a pitcher of the book.

I did the summer reading challenge and if you did it you got a free book it got a book called awful auntie.

Canterbury swimming

This week I went to Canterbury swimming. 7 people went from my school and they all did really really well. I came 6th and 8th equal with another person and I also beat my personnel best time. The races that I was in were 50 freestyle and 50 breaststroke. The Canterbury swimming was in Christchurch. After the swimming I got some sushi for lunch. It started at 9.00 and ended at 12.00

This week for numeracy we have been doing graphs me Franklin  kaleb s and callum. we did a graph on Mamakus favourite super rugby team there was 6 options there were Crusaders Hurricanes Highlanders chiefs and Blues The Hurricanes won and the Chiefs lost I predicted that the Hurricanes would win and they did. 

For literacy we have been doing a list my list was about 10 people that I would like to meet one of mine was Arron smith because he has a good pass.
